Deputy Home Manager 

Currently recruiting

As Deputy Manager, you will work a mix of shifts to meet the needs of the home. Main duties include supporting the homes manager in all aspects of home management and fulfilling the manager role in their absence.

 

  • Supporting the Manager in the daily running of the home. 
  • Managing the home to meet quality standards.
  • Working cohesively with team members and other professionals.
  • Implement training and ensure policies and procedure are being adhered too. 
  • Producing an adequate team schedule and managing home finances. 
  • Supporting the Manager in the performance and development of staff.
  • Participate effectively in the on-call duty system.
  • Ensure that Fire Regulations and Health and Safety Regulations are met. 
  • Ensure that Quality Assurance and Regulation 44 Reports action points are addressed promptly.

 

Residential Team Leader 

Currently recruiting

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be on duty for 24 hours with a sleep-in shift. As part of the management team, you will manage the team to effectively provide first rate care and meet the needs of our residents.

 

  • 24.5 Hour Shifts (9am – 9.30am).
  • Paid sleep-in shift (11pm – 7am).
  • Manage the team to complete administrative tasks and duties.
  • Run daily operations within the home and oversee the care of the residents.
  • Managing the residents’ daily needs and requirements. 
  • Taking shift responsibility for Health and Safety operations. 
  • Domestic duties including cooking, laundry, and gardening.
  • Administering first aid and medication as required. 
  • Dealing with emergency situations. 
  • Working with other professional services. 
  • Reporting to the Homes Manager and Deputy Manager.

Residential Support Worker 

Currently recruiting

As one of our Residential Support Workers, you will be on duty for 24 hours with a sleep-in shift. You will manage the life of our residents throughout the day, meeting their needs and facilitating their daily activities, education attendance and social lives.

 

  • 24.5 Hour Shifts (9am – 9.30am).
  • Paid sleep-in shift (11pm – 7am).
  • Administrative tasks and duties.
  • Keywork and handover tasks. 
  • Meeting residents’ daily needs and requirements. 
  • Health and Safety operations. 
  • Domestic duties including cooking, laundry, and gardening.
  • Administering first aid and medication as required. 
  • Dealing with emergency situations. 
  • Working with other professional services. 
  • Reporting to the Homes Manager, Deputy Manager and Team Leader.

Waking Night Support Worker 

Currently recruiting

As one of our Waking Night Support Workers, you will be exclusively on duty throughout the night. Taking over from the day staff you will manage the home and residents out of hours and deal with any situation that should arise until the following morning.

 

  • 10.5 Hours Shifts (11pm to 9.30am).
  • Night Staff duties. 
  • Administrative tasks and duties.
  • Keywork and handover tasks.
  • Dealing with residents and any related incidents. 
  • Health and Safety operations. 
  • Domestic duties. 
  • Administering first aid and medication as required. 
  • Dealing with emergency situations.
  • Working with other professional services. 
  • Reporting to the Homes Manager, Deputy Manager and Team Leader.
